How to write a letter of suggestions

    LETTER OF SUGGESTION

I felicitate with the school on the recent award been given. The institute is doing great by facilitating everywhere with adequate equipment. The purpose of writing this letter is to inform you about the recent activities that has been noticed by me in the school.
First of all, the school tends to send reminders to our parent about our due date for payment of school fee. But sir the reminders where not sent to our parents and they are just aware and striving hard to pay for the school fee.
Furthermore, the school food was subsidized yet they sell low quantity of food for us, we have been managing this food ever since we resumed but cannot continue this way. We pay high quality of money but are served low quantity of food. With due respect I suggest u talk to the woman on our behave to sell not base on recession but base on the student. Student tends to enjoy food only when the quality and quantity is stable.  The issue of school fee sir, I suggest u give our parent or sponsors time to be able to gather the money and pay sir.
